What a rollout looks like

Platform plus people. A managed program, not an app you switch on.

Here is exactly how a campaign goes from a moment to behavior that sticks. The manager interventions are co-equal with the platform, because the platform alone fades, and the interventions are what make it real.

    0
    Phase 0 · scope & invest

Pick the cohort (aim for 100+, never fewer than 50, to find your early adopters). We invest in the pilot and take on the build. Sizing is a simple budget ballpark.

    1
    Week 1 · content build

You give us the moment (a town hall, a workshop, a value). We draft the MicroActions, the quotes, and a short pre/post behavior survey. Turnaround is days to a week.

    2
The gate · IT clearance & test

We need almost nothing, just name and email. We test internally, then validate deliverability with one or two of your users and clear IT whitelisting. This is the make-or-break step. See the IT & security page →

    3
    Launch · the live moment

At your kickoff, the welcome MicroAction fires mid-presentation. "Open your email right now, you'll see your first MicroAction, let's do the first commitment together." The pre-survey is captured live.

    4
    Run · platform + interventions

The daily commit-and-do loop runs. Engagement peaks in week one, so the manager interventions sustain it: a weekly recognition note pulling top performers and best stories, a kickoff huddle, a midpoint 1:1. We write them, managers send them. This is the difference between a tool that fades and a program that sticks.

    5
    Reporting

Commit rate, completion rate, stories, and the pre/post survey delta. We digest it into a weekly summary so the sponsor gets the narrative, not a raw dashboard.

    6
    Scale

The pilot proves the method. From there it rolls out in waves, graduating from email and text to Microsoft Teams as you scale.
