About

We have spent a decade on one question. Why doesn’t change stick?

ProHabits was founded by Adam Fridman, who has studied purpose, story, and behavior for his entire career, and built the technology that turns belief into daily action.

    The origin story

    The book

Adam co-authored “The Science of Story. Brand is a Reflection of Culture” with Hank Ostholthoff, built on more than 500 interviews with top-brand executives. Its thesis became the seed of ProHabits. Culture is purpose that inspires, values that guide, and habits that define.

    The column

As a longtime Inc.com columnist, Adam wrote on purpose, the “why,” and the daily habits that transform leadership, including the piece “How Simon Sinek’s ‘Why’ Changed My Life.”

    The keystone

Mabbly, Adam’s firm, became the design and technology arm of the EY and Simon Sinek “Purpose Realized” collaboration. ProHabits was built to solve the exact problem EY saw. A lack of follow-through after the workshop. The result. 82% engagement and thousands of positive reviews.

    The mission

Every important initiative deserves a daily heartbeat. We exist to make sure the moment of elevation (the workshop, the offsite, the speaker) does not die in the noise of the daily grind.

    Born out of Mabbly

ProHabits grew out of Mabbly, the digital marketing agency Adam founded. That heritage is why ProHabits treats employees like a market, running campaigns to segments instead of one-size-fits-all training.

    Proven where it is hardest

Built inside 21 Fortune 500 companies and government, live across North America, Europe, and Asia, with 200+ organizations and 4M+ daily actions taken.

    The belief

Change dies in the noise. ProHabits is how you turn the heartbeat on.

One decade studying why change does not stick, turned into the technology that makes it stick. The moment of elevation deserves a daily heartbeat.
