I find that ProHabits has brought about a lot of discussion amongst myself and my co-workers. Each morning we share what our activity for the day is, and it’s helpful to simply acknowledge that we may be stressed, or we are having a hard time focusing or being positive. Before ProHabits, we may not have been so open about how we were feeling stressed, but now with our daily activities, it’s brought attention to habits we may have not considered before. I appreciate the daily email reminders to commit to the activity, especially on a busy day when I might be more likely to forget.

I had an employee ask to talk to me today because he was about to give feedback to teammates about some issues, then he read today’s ProHabits feedback tips around going in with the right attitude and realized that he was actually going in with the wrong attitude. We talked through alternative approaches that could be more successful.

I must admit when I first learned we would be doing this exercise, I was a bit worried about being able to complete the daily activities. So much to do each hour, day, week, how was I going to commit to adding something else to my list of things to get done? Today, I am excited to say I look forward to my morning ProFocus email. In our industry, there are days it can be challenging for me to keep myself and my team focused (and be flexible at the same time). ProHabits has helped me to do that. I find myself going back and doing activities that I already completed. I look forward to completing the ProFocus session and look forward to starting another one.

I am fairly new to the company and this give me a good way to know co-workers and also make it easier to start up a conversation with them.I hope that this also helps people have a better relationship with their peers and a better understanding of how positive habits can actually help the entire company. I also hope that those habits will transition to personal lives as well.

I have truly enjoyed this experience. I have found this extremely helpful professionally and personally. I've learned how to control my stress levels better. It has also helped my breathing techniques with running as well. I am liking it a lot- it grounds you as a person. Sometimes you forget the important stuff like bringing everything into the present, putting more things as a priority, and spending time the right way.

ProHabits has been great. At first when I signed up I was not sure what to expect. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I have mine set for late mornings and the reason behind it is because early mornings is when a lot of mental focus is used so, when I get the proHabits at that time it helps me to recharge mentally.
